Millie Mabel's Fishy Favourites!
3x small sweet potatoes (mashed)
3x smoked mackerel halves cooked and broken into chunks. This fish was de-boned and filleted, it can be substituted for any white fish
1/2 cup of couscous cooked
1/2 cup of oats
Thyme for sprinkling
Mix all the above together (apart from the thyme).
Stir until it forms a stiff mixture.
Hand roll into balls and flatten to make biscuits.
Sprinkle with thyme.
How to cook them:
18 hours in a dehydrator on 60 Degrees Celsius
30 minutes in a fan oven on 200 Degrees Celsius
Wait to cool before serving.

Thyme contains Vitamin K, iron, manganese, calcium, fibre and tryptophan, phytochemicals and anti-oxidants. It has antiseptic, anti-spasmodic, anti-bacterial properties, and is thought to have anti-cancer properties. It’s good for the skin, respiratory system, good brain function and gastrointestinal health.
