Tess is an 8 year old Jack Russell Terrier cross.

She's still very active so we haven't seen too much of a change in her during the first week of the trial.

However as you can see in the pic, she LOVES the chews!!! Tess doesn't have many teeth left so it's great that the chews are lovely and soft!

How are you finding the trial?

Meg is enjoying her Joint+ Trial by Pedigree!

Meg is almost 11 years old and was rescued from Wood Green Animals Charity.

Meg has developed arthritis over the past 6 months - year. We are a week into the trial and we've already seen big improvements!!!

Yesterday was our monthly BIG Big Walkies and usually she doesn't want her walk the morning after because she's a big sore but this morning.... She went for her walk!

The picture shows Meg enjoying her chew in the sunshine :-)

How are you finding the trial?

Come and join us at Hinchingbrooke Country Park TODAY at 4pm outside of the Education Centre for Big Walkies!!

Ruby
I actually cannot believe I'm about to write this. But I need the help of the dog world..... My friend (Jack) in the Gold Coast, Australia has just updated his status accordingly:

"Please if anyone can help my little ruby who has been my companion for over a year now and who I class as one of my children has been deemed a threat because of how she looks. The council approached me last week and informed me that my dog looks like a pit bull and that I have to give her away or they will seize her and put her to sleep I have 4 days left and don't know what to do please help me save my baby"

Can ANOYBODY help him????? Please????

ANY help would be most appreciated.......

UPDATE:
Update received from Jack, Ruby's owner: "The results are in we're keeping ruby She gets to live love and fulfill a life with her devoted family thank you for all your support my prayers are now with you all"

Big Walkies would like to thank everybody who supported Ruby and her family during this plight. It never ceases to amaze me how much the "dog world" can come together for people they've never even met!
